What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for items purchased at vibedration.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Products sent back must be UNUSED, in original packaging and with all tags attached. New items that are returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of order value. Used items will not be refunded. Customers must pay for return shipping to receive used items back. Otherwise, all used items will be discarded within 15 business days.
Gift Sets must be returned with ALL items. NO partial returns of Gift Sets will be issued. Any FREE items shipped with purchase must also be returned. A refund for the purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Can I return products that I received as a gift?
Yes. However, we can only process a refund to the payment method used on the original purchase. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit.
What happens if I just bought something and now it's on sale?
Don't worry! We'll provide a refund or store credit if you purchased within the last seven days.
How do I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges. You must return the original product and repurchase the desired product. Submit a request to return the product (per the 30-day return policy above). We will issue a store credit or refund to the payment method used on the original purchase.
How do I initiate a return?

After mailing your return, send an email to EpicCustomerService@vibedration.com with your tracking number.
Upon receiving your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days to the payment method used on the original purchase.
