How can I adjust my Vibedration pack?
Vibedration packs come equipped with adjustable sternum straps designed to provide comfort to people of all shapes and sizes. Slide the straps vertically along the piping, buckle up and stay hydrated!
How can I clean my Vibedration pack?
Vibedration packs are designed to support all types of radical adventures. When your hydration pack gets dirty, rinse it off with fresh water and hang to dry in a shady place. If it needs some extra care, soak it in warm water with mild soap and rinse it off thoroughly before hanging it to dry. Do NOT use boiling water to clean pack.
How do I clean my Vibedration water bladder?
Remove the water bladder from the hydration backpack and run fresh water through the bladder and hose. For optimal taste, mix two tablespoons of baking soda with warm water and pinch the end of the mouthpiece to allow the water to flow through the bladder and hose. Do NOT use boiling water to clean pack.
Detach the hose from bottom of bladder, and hang both to dry.
How do I use the mouthpiece?
How can I check to make sure my Vibedration bladder is working?
- Run clean water through the bladder and hose (see above).
- Check the seal on the cap by filling the bladder with water and lifting it upside down to make sure it is sealed tightly.
- Inspect for an o-ring on the end of the hose that connects to the bladder.

When can I expect my hydration pack to be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Do you ship outside the US?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order size and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email to Hello@Vibedration.com to let us know that your country needs Vibedration hydration packs, and we’ll try to make it happen!
Accepted Payment Methods
Vibedration.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB & Afterpay.
If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.
AfterPay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Our products can be returned within 30 days if in original packaging unless marked final sale in product description. Exceptions apply to extended Holiday Exception Dates listed below. Gift Sets must be returned with ALL items. NO partial returns will be issued.
Upon receiving your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.
2018 Holiday Exception Dates: 11/20 - 12/25
All eligible purchases made between between 2018 Holiday Exception Dates are eligible to be returned no later than January 24, 2019.
Can I return products that I received as a gift?
Yes. However, we can only process a refund to the payment method used on the original purchase. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit.
How do I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges. You must return the original product and repurchase the desired product. Submit a request to return the product (per the 30-day return policy above). We will issue a store credit or refund to the payment method used on the original purchase.

Upon receiving your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days to the payment method used on the original purchase.
Vibedration One-Year Warranty
In the case of manufacturing defects, we will replace Vibedration products within one-year of the original purchase date. This does not cover excess wear and tear and careless misuse of our products.
The defective product will be replaced by the same product. If the same product is no longer available, we will provide store credit towards the purchase of alternative product.
