What is your return policy?

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days if in original packaging.

Please fill out the information below and send your pack back to the address below. Once you have mailed it back, please email us at with your tracking number. Once we receive it, we will process the return and we will refund you.

How does Vibedration handle refunds?

We will fully refund your purchase price in the case of manufacturing defects. This does not cover excess wear and tear and careless misuse of our rad hydration packs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all returns and refunds to be processed.

When can I expect my hydration pack to be shipped?

All orders received by 10am PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped next day.  Orders received after 10am PST Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship internationally.  Select your country of residence in the dropdown menu when checking out. Please note that you are responsible for duties on the products you order.

My country of residence is not listed as a shipping option. What do I do?

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email to to let us know that your country needs Vibedration hydration packs, and we’ll try to make it happen!

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are charged once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy Policy

Personal information will never be shared with a third party.  Information collected is used for order verification, fraud control, and by our internal marketing team.  Our secure server encrypts all transaction data to protect from unauthorized access.

How can I adjust my Vibedration pack?

Vibedration packs come equipped with sternum straps designed to distribute weight evenly across your body.  We recommend you slide the sternum straps so they sit just above your abdomen.

How do I clean my Vibedration pack?

Vibedration packs are designed to support all types of radical adventures.  When your hydration pack gets dirty, rinse it off with fresh water and hang to dry in a shady place. If it needs some extra care, soak it in warm water with mild soap and rinse it off thoroughly before hanging it to dry.

How do I clean my Vibedration water bladder?

Remove the bladder from the hydration backpack, and run fresh water through the bladder and hose. Detach the hose from bottom of bladder, and hang both to dry.
To prevent your bladder from getting funky between uses, use hot water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda and pinch the end of the mouthpiece to allow the water to flow through the hose.

How do I use the mouthpiece?

After unwrapping the plastic, lift upward on the mouthpiece to unlock it and allow water to flow through. If you do not see a slit at the end, you may need to bite on it gently to create it. Once filled with water, turn the mouthpiece horizontally and bite on the very edge of it to stay hydrated.

How can I check to make sure my Vibedration bladder is working?

Before you go off on your awesome adventure, here’s how to make sure you are good to go:

  1. Run some clean water through the bladder and hose.
  2. Check the seal on the cap by filling the bladder with water and lifting it upside down to make sure it is sealed tightly.
  3. If your bladder is leaking, take a look at the grey O-ring on the end of the hose (on the side of the hose that connects to the bladder) and make sure it is there and is not broken.
