What is your return policy?
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days if in original packaging.
Please fill out the information below and send your pack back to the address below. Once you have mailed it back, please email us at EpicCustomerService@Vibedration.com with your tracking number. Once we receive it, we will process the return and we will refund you.

How does Vibedration handle refunds?
We will fully refund your purchase price in the case of manufacturing defects. This does not cover excess wear and tear and careless misuse of our rad hydration packs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all returns and refunds to be processed.
When can I expect my hydration pack to be shipped?
All orders received by 10am PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped next day. Orders received after 10am PST Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

How do I use the mouthpiece?
After unwrapping the plastic, lift upward on the mouthpiece to unlock it and allow water to flow through. If you do not see a slit at the end, you may need to bite on it gently to create it. Once filled with water, turn the mouthpiece horizontally and bite on the very edge of it to stay hydrated.
How can I check to make sure my Vibedration bladder is working?
Before you go off on your awesome adventure, here’s how to make sure you are good to go:
- Run some clean water through the bladder and hose.
- Check the seal on the cap by filling the bladder with water and lifting it upside down to make sure it is sealed tightly.
- If your bladder is leaking, take a look at the grey O-ring on the end of the hose (on the side of the hose that connects to the bladder) and make sure it is there and is not broken.
